Almost done with RCC

Today, i started writing the firmware for the RCC and almost completed the required functions, will add more if required, i then started writing the library for LTDC Peripheral. I am planning to finish NVIC, EXTI, DMA next then move to the SDMMC.

What I did

• Started writing Frimware program for RCC & LTDC.

• start Firmware for NVIC, EXTI, DMA, SDMMC.
